Aside from the "General" himself, we've done more R&D than anyone with 3800 heads and we've got the numbers and dyno results to prove it! When you bolt on a set of THRASHER Heads, you can rest assured you are getting exactly what you paid for. Each head is flow tested, the data recorded, and the flow sheet is provided with the head upon assembly. We have options for new springs and keepers, and are currently testing oversized valves for even greater flow! Check out & compare our flow numbers!

Since 1968 Diamond Pistons has become one of the most highly regarded A-1 quality manufacturers of aftermarket race pistons. We are proud to carry a variety of choices for your 3800 Series II motor. These pistons are explicitly designed to adapt to various high performance engine modifications and are a big investment. Diamond has stood the test of time and endurance and is the choice engine builders prefer.

THRASHER carries these pistons in the stock supercharged L67 8.5:1 compression ratio and stock non-supercharged L36 9.5:1 compression ratio. Special-order pistons from 8.0:1 to 9.5:1 CR in different oversize bore diameters are available. Call us Toll Free at 866-837-7373 for the details!
